{Chocolate pop corn}
Ingredients:
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 1 package microwave corn, popped
Directions:
- Melt chocolate in the microwave, or using a double boiler, stirring continously.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, add pop corn and gently stir in the chocolate, ensuring that all pop corn is covered with chocolate.
- Then spread the chocolate popcorn on a paper parchment, and let it set for a few hours until dry. In summer time it is better to keep the chocolate pop corn in fridge, inside an airtight container.

Cooking time: 1,5 min
Yield:4 servings
I love doing this! People think it’s so odd, till they try it. I use more chocolate and spoon it into paper muffin liners to portion it.
