{Homemade Waffle Cones}

Yield: 8-10 cones
Ingredients
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g all purpose flour
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 50 ml water
- Combine the crème fraîche and sugar. Add flour and vanilla extract, and mix until combined. Finally pour water, and beat until blended. Let the dough sit for a couple of hours
- Heat waffle cone maker to desired settings. Pour 2 tablespoons batter into the center of the waffle cone maker and gently press the lid until closed. Cook waffle cones for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove it from the waffle maker and quickly roll hot waffle into a cone shape. Repeat process with remaining batter. Let cones cool; store in an airtight container.
