{Zucchini and chocolate sheet cake}

Preparation time: 10 min

Cooking time: 25 min

Yield: 18-24

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch, until disolved
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat over low fire. Add chopped chocolate, and stir constantly until smooth
  3. Pour over cold chocolate zucchini cake
  4. Keep in the fridge until consumption (take out 15-30 minutes before) Use some chocolate sprinkles to decorate if you wish

NOTES:

  • Alternatively, you might prepare frosting with 250 g dark chocolate and 200 ml heavy c cream, if there are no dairy allergies
