{Zucchini and chocolate sheet cake}

Ingredients
- 200 ml water
- tbs cornstarch (20 g)
- 250 g dark chocolate (dairy free), coarsely chopped
1 Zucchini chocolate cake prepared as explained here,
Dairy free chocolate frosting:
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch, until disolved
- In a medium saucepan, heat over low fire. Add chopped chocolate, and stir constantly until smooth
- Pour over cold chocolate zucchini cake
- Keep in the fridge until consumption (take out 15-30 minutes before) Use some chocolate sprinkles to decorate if you wish
NOTES:
- Alternatively, you might prepare frosting with 250 g dark chocolate and 200 ml heavy c cream, if there are no dairy allergies
