{Cheese coulant}
Ingredients
- 160 gr cheese cream.
- 180 gr flour
- 4 eggs
- 80 gr de butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
Directions
- Melt butter in the microwave. Beat eggs, add flour, cheese cream, salt and finally butter. Mix ingredients, bring all together with a whisk. Pour mix into the molds filling 1/2 of each. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven at 180 ºC/375 ºF. Put inside oven about 10-12 minutes, until the top is just done. Be carefull not to overcook. Take out of oven and put in a plate, unmold and serve inmediately.
- Note: Coulants can be frozen.
